On-site
Consultation - The
design process begins with an on-site consultation with a
landscape architect/designer.
The purpose of this meeting is for the landscape
architect to listen to the client, familiarize themselves
with the site and to ask pertinent questions.
Input from all of this defines the design's program
elements. This
meeting and the information obtained is where the design
process begins.

Concept
Plan - Next
the landscape architect/designer will prepare a
concept plan which will depict the general arrangement and
relationships of all improvements discussed during the
on-site consultation. Once
the Concept Landscape Plan is completed, arrangements will be
made to present the plan at your home at a time convenient
to you. During
this presentation the overall design will be explained and
any questions that you might have regarding it will be
answered.

Final
Plan/Master Plan - Development of the Final
Landscape Plan will take into account any comments
received during the presentation of the Concept Landscape
Plan. Additionally,
the design will now focus on the final arrangement of plant
material, including identification of individual plant
species as well as specific identification of any hardscape,
if applicable to the design.
