• Bid Process - If elected after the completion of the design process Wagester Design Group can request bids from some of their preferred contractors.  These contractors represent companies that have either installed previous projects for Wagester Design Group or have an outstanding reputation in the industry.  This process is popular with design clients because they know they are getting reputable contractors to bid on their projects.  Furthermore, the contractors know that this is a bidding process and to be awarded the project, their pricing needs to be competitive.

• Construction Management - Having a professionally designed plan in hand sometimes is not enough to assure the ultimate success of a project.  Wagester Design Group can manage the installation of your project to assure that the progress and quality of the executed work by the contractor, proceeds in accordance with the design and/or installation contract.
